Payment & Refund Guidelines
✅ Fee Collection:
We collect the full monthly fee in advance. This confirms your booking and ensures the tutor is reserved exclusively for your selected time slot.
✅ 5-Day Refund Window:
If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a refund within the first 5 working days.
- We will deduct the charges for classes already taken.
- The remaining balance will be refunded to you.
✅ Tutor Replacement:
Not happy with the tutor? No problem. Instead of a refund, you can opt to switch to a different tutor. We will replace the teacher free of charge within the first week.
⛔ No Refunds After 5 Days:
After the 5-day trial period, fees become non-refundable. However, you may still request a change of tutor for the remainder of the month.
⚠️ Cancellation Rule:
If you need to cancel a specific class, please inform us 24 hours in advance. Short-notice cancellations will be charged as a paid class.
