1. Academic Audit & Document Verification

Every candidate must submit their original educational transcripts. We specifically recruit only Experinced Tutors, ensuring they have the depth of knowledge required for the O And A Level and Matric/Fsc  curricula.

2. Security & Identity Clearance

Safety is our non-negotiable priority.

• CNIC Verification: We maintain a copy of the tutor’s CNIC and permanent address on file.

• Background Checks: We perform internal character references to ensure a safe environment for your children.

3. Subject-Specific Evaluation

Being a good student doesn’t always make a good teacher. Our coordinators interview each female tutor to evaluate:

• Communication Skills: Can she explain complex concepts in simple terms?

• Syllabus Knowledge: Is she up-to-date with the 2026 CAIE or BISE Lahore paper patterns?

4. The “Roots Certified” Teaching Demo

Before a tutor is added to our active database, she must conduct a supervised teaching demonstration. We assess her ability to manage student queries, her punctuality, and her professional conduct.
